Catalina
Contador Duque is a student of Social Work at the University of Chile. In her
post graduate studies, she plans to dedicate to study and investigation of
socioeconomic and gender issues and after, work in programs related with that.
Also, she plans on working in projects relating with public health,
specifically to supporting and helping people with HIV/AIDS and contribute in
projects for preventing the transmission of this virus.
Her general
interests, besides of the mentioned above, are related to animals and our
cohabitation with them and research about how reduce the environmental impact.
She likes to
do activities with the young people, and she taught Language in a popular Pre
university “Fragmentos Comunes” in a corporation in Paine, for a few months in
2018. Paine is the commune where she studied as a child.
She lives in
Buin, a commune located between Santiago and Rancagua, where she lives with her
pet named Antu who is a dog, and her family. In this commune, she does recreational
activities outside home like walk with her dog, running and spend time with her
close friends and family.
